For now, we are focusing on local volunteers from Varaždin region. 😉

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For the purpose of high-quality preparation, organization, and conduction of EYE Varaždin, it is necessary to gather over 120 volunteers that will be included in teams according to interest, capabilities, and experience;
- A certain number of volunteers are expected to assume leadership roles in teams – team leaders in the implementation of the program and logistics of EYE Varaždin;
- All volunteers sign a volunteer agreement that establishes all the rights and obligations of volunteers for EYE Varaždin;
- After applying, all potential volunteers will be contacted by the organizing committee;
- Young volunteers between 15 and 30 will be prioritized during the selection process. However, do not hesitate to apply even if you are older than 30. 🙂
- In order to help the volunteers, Youth Association Varaždinski Underground Klub is able to deliver a letter of intent – a request to the employer to help employed volunteers get days off or annual leave in the specified period.
VOLUNTEER HOURS AND AGREEMENTS
The number of volunteer hours depends on your commitment as well as the needs of the organizing team. What we can assure you is that we will take care of you so you will not be thirsty, hungry and lack of sleep (unless you wanted that :D).
Volunteer agreements will be made with all volunteers. All volunteer hours will be written down in your volunteer booklet (if you have it). If you do not have it but wish to have one, let us know in the form!
You can choose your volunteer teams: TECH, LOGISTICS, INFO, HOSPITALITY, MEDIA, DIGITAL, HEALTHY, SECURITY, and ADMINISTRATION CREW.
VOLUNTEER ACCOMMODATION
Worried about accommodation or travel expenses? We have a couple of options you can choose from:
- Local schoolsurfing – there is also an option for a local school hall being your accommodation. Make sure to take your sleeping bag with you as it might come in handy! This option is completely free.

- Private arrangement – if you would like to make your own arrangement for accommodation in Varaždin during EYE Varaždin, you are absolutely free to do so! There are plenty of Airbnb and Booking.com options in the Varaždin area from which you can choose.
